Our story
A Shop Built on Trust
Customers come to us for their first car and stay for every one after. One driver first brought us a used car to get ready for the commute to college. Years later, as a graduating senior, they still come back for regular maintenance because the trust never wore off.
We tell people the truth about what their car actually needs. When a customer brought in what he thought was a major issue with his son's car, we found it was minor, fixed it on the spot, and didn't charge him for it. That is how we want every visit to go.
Our team works on cars, but we build relationships. Customers tell us they no longer trust anyone else with their vehicles, and that is exactly the reputation we work to keep.
- Upfront, honest pricing
- Trusted across generations
- Same shop, same team
- Careful, quality repairs
What customers say
“Years ago, I came here to get my used car fixed and ready since I would be commuting to college. Now, as a college senior, I only come here for maintenance. My family and I trust these guys, and I'm incredibly grateful for everything they've done.”
“These guys are the best, I have been taking my cars to them for different problems and they are always available, honest and most important they do a great job. I recently took my son's car thinking that was something major. When I arrived they told me that it was very minor, took care of it right away and did not even charge me. I would recommend them to anyone.”
“A friend recommended me this place 5 years ago and now I don't trust nobody else with my cars then these guys at Sanchez Auto. Ive had a bad past with car mechanics but these guys know exactly what their doing & its great quality every time.”
